Every plan above is a real, standing price. When your business is unusual enough that the plan doesn't fit, we quote you a flat monthly figure on the first call — and you know it before anything begins.

do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Every monthly plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to stop. We'd rather keep you because the work is good than because a contract traps you.

I'm way behind — like a year or more. Is that a problem?

That's most people who call us. We start with the backlog clean-up (from $45 a month of backlog), get you current, then move you onto a monthly plan. Bring the shoebox — sorting it out is the whole point of the first call.

what software do you use, and do I have to buy it?

We work in the standard small-business accounting tools and connect to your bank feeds directly. If you already have a subscription we use it; if not, we'll tell you exactly what a modest plan costs before you commit to anything.

are you my tax preparer too?

We keep the books tidy and hand your CPA a clean, ready-to-file pack at year end — that hand-off is built into quarterly reporting. If you don't have a CPA yet, we can point you to one who's good with small shops.

how fast will you get back to me?

Within two working days, and usually the same day. We answer the phone Monday to Friday until 5:30, with evenings by appointment when that's easier for you.

do I need to come to the office?

Only if you want to. Most of our work happens over email, phone, and secure file uploads — but you're always welcome at 27132 380TH AVE, McCurtain, if you'd rather hand things over in person.
